Diana Saverin

About Diana

Diana Saverin first made her way to Alaska in 2011 to produce stories for a public radio station in Sitka. Since then she's held a range of jobs in the state, including as a journalist, creative writing instructor at the University of Alaska, a commercial fishing deckhand, a dog handler, and a ski coach. When she's not writing, Diana teaches yoga and leads backpacking and mountaineering courses for NOLS. She lives in Anchorage, Alaska.

Her writing has appeared in The Atlantic, Outside, Orion, The Guardian, and others.
